Whispering Pines

   The Village of Whispering Pines is a haven for golfers and nature lovers.

   With three championship golf courses, eight lakes and several parks, the village has ample opportunities to spend time in scenic outdoor surroundings.

   The Country Club of Whispering Pines features two championship golf courses designed by Ellis Maples as well as amenities including a restaurant, fitness center, and pool. Whispering Woods Golf Club offers an 18-hole course and bills itself as “the friendliest course in the Pinehurst area.”

   Located in east-central Moore County, Whispering Pines is less than 10 minutes away from Sandhills Community College and Moore County Airport. Two nearby shopping centers feature grocery stores, restaurants, a hardware store, and an urgent care clinic.
